The receptionist was really friendly. The room was a good size. The location was great. The decor of the hotel was amazing. I thought I was staying in Liberace's mansion

Everything but specifically the staff. Friendly, helpful and professional. I really recommend a stay here. Plus it is just 3 min walk from the rail way station and from the main square

We were actually upgraded (at no extra cost) to DATO 1 at check-in. The above answers are in relation to DATO 1 and NOT DATO 2. The receptionist at check-in (Annie) was particularly helpful and deserves to be singled out for a special mention. She helped with advise on restaurants and directions. The hotel is particularly well located; very central and all sights within walking distance. Car parking is at the nearby public underground car park (very convenient) for which the hotel has a special discounted daily rate. This worked very well for us. Breakfast is not provided but there are numerous cafes close by offering breakfast at a good price.

Receptionist on arrival put us in a lower room to avoid having to carry luggage up extra floors. Also, we did not need to checkout at Hotel Dato; we could just leave access card in Dato2 annex and be on our way.

A delightfully decorated hotel in an excellent central location .Big room ,comfy bed ,lovely hot shower and spotlessly clean .
